Through various postures, the body is continually sought during the entire practice, incorporating a deep and dynamic breath, with which the yoga practitioner tries to surpass his limitations, with awareness, using gentleness and listening to oneself. A limberness and both inner and outer strength will develop with a regular practice.
The yoga classes always finish with the savasana/relaxation posture, to not only feel a complete sense of surrendering both of the mental and physical body, but also experience a sense of plenitude and "blossoming" well-being.
