VINYASA YOGA

YIN & HATHA YOGA
:
starting with a 35-40 minute session of yin yoga, followed by 35-40 minutes of hatha yoga. This course is ideal to combine the various benefits of yoga with the yin first part which focuses on working the deep tissues, all the joints, and mindfulness, followed with the "yang" part to tone and work flexibility of your body and mind.

ASHTANGA YOGA
:
This style is different from other yoga styles in that the order of asanas (postures) is completely predefined. A practice will comprise the following, more info...

THINGS TO CONSIDER:

  • yoga is practiced on a light or empty stomach, or at least 2-3 hours after eating.
  • it is preferable to not drink during practice and to hydrate yourself before and after yoga.
  • if you suffer from any particular medical condition, are pregnant etc.., please advise the instructor before class.
  • if arriving late, please wait until the meditation is done before entering the room to avoid disturbing this moment of concentration.
  • don't forget to turn off all mobiles.
  • never force, but adapt the pose or ryhtm as suggested, and don't forget, you always have "child pose" to come to whenever you need to take a break...:)
