Slow Flow Yoga

This course starts with Pranayama, mastering the breath. Followed by a slow, fluid sequence of dynamic postures, interceded with pauses of regenerative or yin yoga, to allow yourself a complete "letting go", bringing a deep sense of calmness.

This course regenerates, energizes, and brings a sense of deep serenity... no matter what exterieor events you are living :)

You'll come out of this class with a relaxed, toned body, a clear and regenerated mind. This course is for all levels.
